ASSESSMENT LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!

You are about to complete an assessment that will help you better understand how you think. This understanding about your thinking preferences can help you be more effective in many aspects of your personal and professional life. There are no right or wrong answers in this assessment - it is about your thinking preferences.
It is recommended that you print out these instructions now.

To begin an assessment, complete the following steps:

1. Log in by entering the following information provided to you by your college career counselor or instructor:

Organization ID
Login ID
Password

2. After logging in, you will be directed to the first portion of a two-part assessment.

Part One contains 30 question/response sets; Part Two contains 16 question/response sets.

In Part One, each question is followed by a set of four potential responses. Consider the question, then rank each of the four response options by clicking on the answer text from most preferred to least preferred.

Be sure to click on each answer option in order of your preference until all four options have been selected for each question. Note: once you have made a selection, you will be unable to go back and change your response.

3. Once you complete Part One, you'll be taken directly to Part Two (Advanced Profile).

You will then be presented with 16 screens. Each screen will contain groups of two sentences each.

Each sentence represents either an A or B response option. For each sentence group, choose the response option you prefer. Note: once you have made a selection, you will be unable to go back and change your response.

Repeat the procedure for each screen until you have completed all 16 screens.

The assessment will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete in its entirety.

When you have finished, you will be presented with instructions for how to proceed.

There are no correct or incorrect answers, only answers that reflect your preferences.
